Completeness of Turbo Tax reassures both pro and novice filers that all current tax year income, deductions and forms are properly accounted for and filed appropriately. In addition, confirmation e-mails adds additional peace of mind.
What's great about it: Detailed simplicity
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurborTax makes my life so much easier during tax time.
What's great about it: It's a quick and easy way to fill out all the forms and file. So much better than doing it manually.
What's not so great: Doesn't automatically provide local sales tax rates
