informative, easy to use, step by step instructions and help. seen several and researched several, Turbo Tax overrated them all.
What's great about it: step by step instructions, easy to use. Awesome

Just Answer the Questions!

As long as you answer the questions, you're in good shape to ensure you've done a complete job of getting all the possible deductions for your federal and state tax returns. I also like the fact that Quicken does an "error check" to see if you've missed anything, and also does an "audit check" to let you know what your statistical probability is of being audited.
I've been using TurboTax for 10 years, and it continues to be the best professional tax preparation available for the consumer.
What's great about it: Thorough, detailed, specific, unambiguous
What's not so great: I got nothing!

I've used TurboTax every year since it's first release (about 1984 as I recall). It's always done a great job for me and I see it in all my future tax returns. The nice thing is that it's gotten better every year. Thanks for the great product and the great relationship!
What's great about it: Easy to use. Takes the pain out of an unpleasant task.
What's not so great: I honestly can't come up with any.

Ive used this software for years now and it always interviews me to get the absolutley the most refund possible. Very easy to use. They get five stars from this user. Much thanks to the people at Turbo Tax that make it so easy for just a regular guy to use.

Turbo Tax was just what I needed. Had used it before but didn't feel comfortable with changes in life. Used a professional at professional prices for a few years, decided to come back to Turbo Tax! Best decision I could have made, because they make it so easy to understand and made me feel like I did everything right. We will see.
What's great about it: Ease and options to select for better understanding
What's not so great: asking to complete state tax when Tennessee doesn't have a state tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
