Great for home use!

I find the Turbo Tax product the absolute best product for preparing Federal, State and Local Taxes. I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years an will continue to use Turbo Tax in the future. I recommend it to anyone one that will be preparing their own taxes.

I Love Turbo Tax!!

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 7 years now (+ or - a year) and I love it. It gives my complete control over my own taxes. I can go the super simple route, with guided questions and simple forms. Or if I wanted to I can review every single line on the returns to see if I should be filing it out, I can.
What's great about it: It's super simple to use.
What's not so great: A program update to Turbo Tax required me to reboot my computer.

Totally Easy

Why did I wait so many years to start using Turbo Tax? I wasted hours and over a hundred dollars every year to have my takes done. I was low on money one year and decided to get Turbo Tax, best decision ever. Have been using it ever since and have saved time and money. Great product.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love Turbo Tax. My refund turned out to be so much better than I thought because of deductions I would never have thought of on my own. I use it every year and will continue to do so.

We have used Turbo Tax for years. We tried another brand last year after using TT just to see it was any better, not. We have confidence in Turbo Tax and it simply works for us. I can't believe what some of our friends pay to have their taxes figured. I have more confidence in Turbo Tax getting it right and making the right calculations than I do a person.
What's great about it: friendly, help available
What's not so great: all taxes laws need simplification

Over 25 Years of Taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for over 25 years and have grown to love it more every year. The past couple of years, the developers have added the capability of downloading information from participating financial institutions. Very helpful indeed! I plan on continuing to use Turbo for many years to come.

Quick and Easy

Great program, good quality.
When going through the guided tour and if a section does not apply, the status does not change, still indicates start or needed to be completed. This used to work in older versions.
