Super Fast Easy Time 2012 TTax

Very fine product. I've used it for years, but this year seems to be the best one. I've taken as long as a week in previous versions to complete them, however, this version I easily finished in one session. It's a real pleasure and gratifying to use a quality product like this!
What's great about it: Quick and easy filling out. Many screens are already filled in
What's not so great: Updates after filing make me a little nervous

Confidence in filing

I really like the way you can go through as much as you can and return when you have more time. You don't have to set down and do it all at once, you can continue where you left off. The return reviews seem to catch typos and inconsistencies from previous years returns. I also like the way the program brings forward last years return info and compares it to this year and uses data that you don't have to type again. I've been a turbotax user for several years now and will continue.
What's great about it: simple steps to follow
What's not so great: associated fees to efile state tax

TurboTax works!

Love that TurboTax imports last year's taxes and shows a running year-by-year comparison as I go through the various sections--if anything seems very different and shouldn't be, I know I've made an entry error. That's key for me, it's my way of checking that I'm on track, it's reassuring .
What's great about it: Easy to use, TurboTax guides you through every aspect of taxes, with clear explanations when needed
What's not so great: Almost too easy, compared to doing taxes on paper, doesn't require the same level of concentration that required

prossesing fee a little high with cost of cd and the other fee just as expensive to go to an accountant

Very Straight Forward

I have used TurboTax for years and my taxes have gotten progressively more complicated over those yeasr, but TurboTax is still just as easy to use and I am still just as confident that my taxes are done right. I did try another tool one year, but went right back to TurboTax the next year. No need to look at another one. Just a good product that makes a nasty chore close to tolerable.
What's great about it: Thorough, Easy to understand, Detailed explanations
What's not so great: Nothing, I can't think of anything I don't like

Some instructions could be clearer

Program was easy to use, but some instructions could be clearer. I took some money from a Roth account last year and wasn't sure whether I needed to report entire amount of my contributions or just the amount remaining. The page where I had to do this seemed to say both.
Also, when stepping through the various income or deduction areas, it got to be a bit annoying to keep returning to the list (you've completed x out of y, etc.). Why not just step through them, with an option to return to the list?

A Breeze!

I used to do my taxes by hands years ago and have been using Turbo Tax for some time now. It is incredible how easy and user friendly this tool is. I would and have already highly recommended it to friends and coworkers. I cannot imagine doing my taxes by hands especially now that I own a home and some of my tax situation has changed over the years.
What's great about it: Easy to follow all throughout
What's not so great: Can't think of any.

Great Product!

Turbo tax has been my choice for tax preparation for over 10 years. It's easy to use and I always get the maximum refund possible. My returns that I file electronically are accepted by the IRS within 24hours and as a result, I get my refund fast!
What's great about it: Easy to use and got me the biggest refund!
