I have been using Turbo Tax Federal and State for a number of years which makes it easier to go from last year to the present year.

I could not import by W2 this year even though my company offers the service. Turbo Tax Deluxe 2012 did not give me the option to import. I had to enter the data manually. I was able to import my W2 in last year's return. Very frustrating!
What's great about it: Easy to use

Quick and Easy

I have used TurboTax for years because it has always been easy to fill out and file the returns. It tells me which forms I need to look for and then walks me through what I need. It has made it a simple task to do taxes each year.
I suggest it to anyone doing their own taxes for the first time.

Easy as pie!

Every year I have something new come up with my tax filing situation...rental home, 401k loan, 401k withdrawl, etc. TurboTax has always provided the instructions I need so I feel 100% comfortable with what I am reporting to the IRS.
What's great about it: Straightforward instructions with options for additional help if needed
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to go back steps to change/update info

Bad News....good experience

Although I owe the feds big bucks....turbo made the process as straight forward as possible and made me comfortable that I was not missing a deduction.

Great product

Am thankful that this product is available to help do this taxing task. It has made a dreadful prospect somewhat bearable. They say that "Death and Taxes are things you cannot avoid"; but sometimes it seems that taxes are getting to be worse than death itself! At least TurboTax eases that pain.
