TT is the Best

If you can follow directions and have a pulse, you can use Turbo Tax. I am a CPA and am very familiar with taxation etc. but I prefer to use TT. Why tax (cute right) the ole synapses if I don't have to.

Takes the SCARE out of tax filing!

Intuit is *obvoiusly* constantly working to improve the quality, content, deliverabililty and usability of TurboTax. The combination of step-by-step walkthrough or direct navigation to the area I want to update is a huge time saver. There is so much help available within each topic or the forum community that I look forward to this experience every year! The simple icon graphics are great quick-reference reminders of the section topics. The only feature I would like to see added is a module to do my dishes. Since the TurboTax team are experts in time-saving, this should not be an issue.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate with help always avaiable. Constantly improving.
What's not so great: Does not do my dishes.

Using Turbotax is a snap. Just have your paperwork and it easily guides you through the tax filing process.

Easy to use as always

Been using TurboTax for years. I like how it imports my W2, my last year returns, makes it easy to print to PDF, and the easy eFiling capability.

Have used Turbo Tax for years, have my children and friends using it now. My returns are not very complicated, but still much easier than going through the forms on my own. Automatic updates work well. Filing is fast and easy. Have never had an issue.
What's great about it: Well guided steps, easy to follow
What's not so great: None really

I'm glad that I learned how to file my taxes with the old paperwork and book. I'm an older American who remembers when are taxes were figured using paper, pencil and the charts.

I hear stories all the time about other Tax Software and the issue these people have. I have NEVER had an issue wtih turbo Tax going on 16 years.
