I am a repeat user of TurboTax - thank you for making it so easy to understand and follow! The software easily navigated me through emplyment changes that occured over the last year. Both and federal and state applications ran smoothly. Will continue to recommend TurboTax to friends and relatives - thank you!

Easier Than Pie

I would recommend this product to anyone that has to do their own taxes. If you do know taxes, you can really complete it very quickly by the forms method.
What's great about it: The forms method is simpler than cut and paste
What's not so great: Nothing

Outstanding Software and Support

The software is just outstanding. I would recommend it to everyone. I have used the software for the last several years and am so impressed with the service. I had a number of questions the last two years that required a tax account to accurately answer. When I called the free TurboTax number I was connected to a tax accountant. They were always extremely knowledgeable and answered al of my tax questions. I cannot believe TurboTax provides such a great service, Love how TurboTax imports your previous years information which saves a lot of time.
What's great about it: Easily and accurately file. Free phone service to a tax expert for questions.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
