Easy to Use Software

I have used this software for many years. Each year they continue to improve the product. Would recommend it for the Do-It-Yourself person.
What's great about it: Options to skip areas you know you do not need
What's not so great: Searching for answers is challenging

Easy to use and understand. Saves from going to professional who uses similar programs to fill out tax forms.
They even ask the same questions, only difference is you enter the data. Why pay for data entry when turbo tax is so easy.

What's not so great: Asked for Florida state tax. Florida doesn't have state tax

Big refunds

After spending lots to have someone else do my return, which requires extra forms, I like being able to do my own for one low price

Taxes made easy

This was an easy and enjoyable experience. Taking every step to make sure I got the best refund, and thorough in every step of the way. It made doing an unpleasent job easy and somewhat fun, and being able to watch the return amount as I was going on to each section showed how each section made a diffrence in my taxes. Thank You Turbo Tax for making things easier.

I donated 2000 golf balls which i had found to a charity and it kept asking me for my cost and did not give a whole lot of options including "found". Thanks to this i lost a refund of $70
