You made it easy!

Very helpful and clear. Liked the columns comparing last year and this year. Enjoyable to plug in all my numbers once I have totaled everything up. Thank you, Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, great explanations with "Learn more" links.
What's not so great: Very rarely, did not know how to answer a question.

ease of tax filing

would highly recommend to someone with limited high profile tax situations - quick, easy and good tutorials for reference. I had difficulty in one area that i wanted to skip and i couldn't easily do this
What's great about it: auto input of data
What's not so great: confusing with IRA and some deductions

I use TurboTax every for the past 10 years and I love it. It takes very little time and I always feel good at the end of the process. Never have had issues.
What's great about it: walks me right through everything that I can think of.
What's not so great: itemizing donated charible item is not all that great.

Fast and easy

the information that is imported from previous returns and the step by step method insures that nothing is forgotten or missed. When I finish it feels that it was to easy to be completed.
With all the information imported into my state return it saves a lot of time.
By e-filing I get almost instant feedback that the return is accepted. Save wondering if the return is lost in the mail

I never thought I could do my own taxes. The thought of it scared me. I took my time and let TurboTax guide me. The process was actually fun. It helped me see things I can do better for my finacial health, too. I feel good about reporting my taxes via TurboTax. Thank you.
What's great about it: Didn't let me make a mistake. Will come back to TurboTax every year.
What's not so great: None.

I have used Turbo Tax for years now. I actually compared my tax return with another tax prep company and the differences were within pennies. The cost however, was significantly higher with the other company.
