Easy, Simple...Great!

TurboTax is a great program to complete your taxes! They offer help from experts if needed so you will never feel like somethings wrong.
What's great about it: Simple, quick, and has all the forms I need!
What's not so great: None!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Exceeded My Expectations

I had some unusual tax situations this year that I wouldn't have known how to deal with. If it wasn't for Turbo Tax, I would have had to hire an accountant to do my taxes. TT walked me through them in a way that made me confident that everything was reported thoroughly and accurately.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, step by step instructions
What's not so great: Couldn't handle different sales tax rate for autos
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax - 2012 Edition

I was very thankful for the ease of use of the 2012 Edition of TurboTax. Also thankful that I wasn't hit with extra fees right and left.
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Helped find deductions I wasn't aware of.
What's not so great: All good!

over all this is the best way i have found to do my taxes, its cheaper then going to a tan expert and easy enough that anyone can figure it out
What's great about it: the interface is so simple and easy to use i don't know why everybody doesn't use it
What's not so great: no 27/7 live customer assist

I've been using Turbo Tax for 5 years. I've never been disappointed. I appreciate the speed with which I can prepare my taxes. I recommend this to all my co-workers and friends.
What's great about it: Careful steps through detailed areas
What's not so great: Needs [+] for all sections not just the "chapter headings"
