I was able to complete my families returns with little to no effort and with minimal time invested. I was able to complete and move on to the next task. Thank you for making it idiot proof.
What's great about it: simplicity
What's not so great: nothing I didn't like
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EASY!!!!!

turbo tax is the epitome of fast and easy. It takes you step by step and goes over each and every deduction quickly and efficiently. The way it checks your chances for audit is my favorite part. I don't know why any one pays actual people to do their taxes when turbo tax makes it so darn easy.
What's great about it: so easy and fast! I love the fact that it acesses your audit probabilities. I will never use anything but turbo tax!
What's not so great: nothing every thing was great!

Gets easier every year

An easy to follow program that doesn't talk down to you, but keeps things easily understandable. Every year, I see improvements to the Turbo Tax program to make it easier to use. I have pretty complicated taxes with two different businesses, but I am able to do my taxes on my own.
What's great about it: Step by step is great, but being able to also easily see forms is also helpful
What's not so great: It's your taxes, never gonna be fun

Good but has a flaw

I do not understand why this program each year prints out for me 4 vouchers for prepayments when I get a refund. I just don't understand this. Why would Turbo Tax software want me to set up a prepayment to the IRS when I am getting a refund. This could be confusing to someone who thinks they have to send in payment each quarter, when in fact they get a refund. This is the biggest problem with this program I have and this one item each year almost makes me not ever use Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: quick, user friendly

Turbo Tax 2nd year

I have always done my own taxes by hand.
In the last few years it is almost impossible to find the books
and forms with out going on line. Using Turbo Tax is great as every thing is in one program and one place and it keeps my records for me, what else could you ask.

The only way to File!

This is the second year I have filed using Turbo Tax and not only is it easy, it saves a lot of money when compared to fees at other tax preparation firms.
Turbo Tax lets you fillout your current filing and compares it to the previous year's filing so you're sure to not miss any deductions.

Fast & Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for years and every year it is fast and easy and I understand each step of the way. I missed some of my Dividends in 2011 and the IRS said I owed $17,000. When I plugged in an amended return using Turbo Tax, it said $3,000. Not wanting to take any chances, I went to a Tax Accountant and they confirmed the Turbo Tax amount!
What's great about it: Uses all my information from last year
