Easy to file but its little costly for middle class person.
What's great about it: easy to file tax return
What's not so great: costly
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is fast and easy to use, it ask you questions and you just answer them. It lead you step by step, as long as you answer the question right you can't go wrong.
What's great about it: Easy & Fast
What's not so great: Some questions too long and make you think

Awesome Tax Software

I have used this software for many years and have always been happy with it. I have told others to use this software and they will not have any troubles. I will continue to use for many more years.
What's great about it: This is very user friendly and filled with lots of info

GREAT RETURN VERY EASY

I WAS GREAT I COULD DO THE STATE I WORKED IN LAST YEAR. IT MADE EVERY THING VERY EASY. BEING A PRIVATE CONTRACTOR WORKING AS A PAINTER IT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIGURE OUT WHAT I SHOULD DO AND THIS LAYED IT OUT FOR ME.

I think TurboTax is a great program and I will continue to use it next year.

Even shows examples.
Do not like the extra fees at the end.

There were two sections that did not allow me to edit or update so now I wil have to amend my return and possibly have it reviewd by an accountant which I was trying to avoid in the first place.

Makes sure you don't miss anything
Finds deductibles you didn't know existed
Makes you feel at ease
Makes you feel you can take on the IRS cause you know what you are doing
And best of all, got money back were I expected to have to pay
