Love my Turbo Tax!!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I feel so much more knowledgeable about my income, taxes and deductions. I trust Turbo Tax and have always had a great experience!! They have handled every type of change you could imagine including moves, rental property, child care credits,etc. I have no reason to ever use anything else.
What's great about it: It's so easy to use. It educates you on what you need to know about your taxes.

Turbo tax is easy to use and easy to understand. It has very thorough explanations.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: "convenience fee" to pay with credit card
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I started using Turbo Tax in 2007 and I have loved it ever since! Very easy, with a lot of helpful examples. I always dread tax season but it is way less stressful using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: the step by step instructions

Quick and easy taxes

Very quick, easy, and explains things well.
What's great about it: quick and easy, leads you through it, leads you to areas to focus on
What's not so great: get stuck when accidently hit e-file state return, hard to edit it, needs easy edit feature

Software glitch

In the end, things have worked out well with a nice refund. Something happened with the initial download of the software. I finally had to delete everything, reload and resubmit all information. Initially, TT had me owing the fed $16,000 but with the resubmission I'm getting back $1800 which is correct.
