Even though I am an "elderly" lady, i was able to follow the step-by-step directions, It couldn't have been easier. This is my second year of using Turbo-Tax. I always was angered at the fact in years past that I would have done all the work of getting all of the papers together for filing, and then the tax person would charge an exorbitant amount to just take my numbers and plug them in. I felt that I surely could do it myself and you made this possible. Thanks
What's great about it: Questions answered in quick snapshots that were helpful
What's not so great: Not your problem, but my computer froze up and I had to reenter some information.

Fairly easy and clear

I have used turbo tax for years and find it fairly easy to use. The only thing I wish was for more real life examples versus all the techy talk. I generally do ok, but I think uptake would be quicker if an applicable real life example was always given.
What's great about it: Gives descriptve details of all question and topics
What's not so great: Wish it gave more real like examples of topics

Gets the job done!

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 6 years. It's been a life saver, to be able to do my own taxes without getting a professional, and even though I've had to pay in the past. It always points out areas, for deductions, that I hadn't considered!
What's great about it: helpful, concise, and accurate.
What's not so great: None I can think of.

Awesomely fast and easy!

Seems to get better every year. I was able to search (find) on a tax form and I was instantly taken to the place where data for the form is entered - nice for those new forms that I am unfamilar with. Fantastic and highly recommended.

What's great about it: Scrren by screen directions of what is needed, and lots of explainations to go along with this, too

I have used Turbo tax for many years and it has more than paid for itself every year. It is easy to use, but the problem is each year you get more familiar and tend to skip over catagories that may help in getting a bigger return. So I have to make a consious effort to remember that and not assume anything. That is not the fault of the software, but rather what happens after years of use. Maybe a future point you may want to emphasis in your marketing is to get people to slow down and really think about what happened during the year for them.This can aid in getting people to use the full questionaire portion more thuroughly.
What's great about it: It is easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes I think I missed somethig.
