Not taxing at all

Keeps me on track and provides prompts for possible errors. Easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy flow through the steps.
What's not so great: Every year - too many characters in Finance Instit. title.

Multiple Changes Made Easy!

Overall made an unpleasant chore more pleasant. Many changes this year including: Sold Home, Move, Converting Traditional IRA to Roth, Multiple Donations (ItsDeductible works well!), multiple sales of bonds/stocks. All of it handled surprisingly easily and finished the taxes much quicker than I expected from previous years. Overall recommend turbotax and all my adult kids use it as well,
What's great about it: Easy Guide works well
What's not so great: Would be nice to have a window showing where on the forms answers are being entered
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

A TURBO CHARGED EXPERIENCE

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR YEARS NOW. THERE IS A TAX GUY WHO KEEPS WANTING ME TO GO WITH HIM EVEN FOR FREE, BUT I WONT DO IT. I LIKE HOW TURBO TAX WALKS YOU THRU, EVEN MY WIFE "COULD" DO IT. THERE ARE A COUPLE OF PLACES WHERE I WASNT REALLY SURE WHAT TO PUT DOWN, AND I EVEN CALLED THE TAX HELP LINE WHICH GAVE ME AN ANSWER AND WAS MUCH QUICKER THAN CALLING THE FEDS OR THE STATE.
JUST WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY FOR STATE EFILING. IM PRETTY HAPPY WITH TURBO TAX.

Turbotaxing for years!!

I have used turbo tax for quite a few years already and I love it. It is easy and efficient. The more I use it, the easier it seems to get.
What's great about it: Easy-quick-fill it in-done and accurate...
What's not so great: No Christmas card from my former accountant.

I have used Turbo Tax for four consecutive years. Fully satisfied, especially with guidance for education and self-employment matters.
What's great about it: Well written, well resourced, well guided; easy, intuitive, and correct.
What's not so great: Cost of filing state return.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

As Easy As...

I use TurboTax every year and it has never let me down. The step by step format, with questions directed to you in an easy to understand fashion walking through each portion of the return, make it comfortable and easy to file.
I would go so far as to say it makes paying taxes a little less painful.

Very Simple

Enjoyed all the options and explanations. Summaries annd help are educational as well as helpful to find all deductions and credits. Another helpful aspect is that when there are options, there is a note that clarifies if a choice is unusual, not recommended or not normal. Since my situation is simple, I did not accidentally select the wrong options for my investments and credits.
What's great about it: Full Menu of Options so Opportunities are NOT missed
What's not so great: N/A
