Clergy needs

As a clergyman, I have income from the church which is reported on a W-2. I have income that is honorarium not reported on anything else. When I report it as additional income, the program wants to count all my expense items against this instead of against the W-2 income, which comes making me have a loss on my clergy income. Complicates the social security business then as well.
What's great about it: Straight forward way of entering items
What's not so great: Poor clergy understanding

I had and error on my return but the account from Turbo Tax was very helpful
What's great about it: very easy
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is quick and simple. It allows someone like me to file his own taxes so I love it!
What's great about it: Teaches me to be a pro!
What's not so great: could be a little more in depth

Turbo tax makes filing the taxes so easy - it took a half hour total and was so effortless. Thank you for a product that is so user friendly
What's great about it: Quick,easy, got money back
What's not so great: would like more $$$$$$ back

Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezey

I've used Turbo Tax for 3 years now, and while submitting your taxes is always a little nerve racking, I feel comfortable coming back to TT year after year.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax gives you the sense that it is OK to trust it, and so far it hasn't failed me!
What's not so great: I've started doing my own RITA taxes, but I blame that more on RITA and less on Turbo Tax.

Great, But

Loved the software and it works great. But doing my taxes was a nightmare using a PC laptop instead of my Mac G5. I think that your software should support all computers. Some of your users have been using your software for many years. Mac are not like PCs, they will work fine even when they are 10 or more years old.
What's great about it: Best Tax Software Ever
What's not so great: No support for older Mac.
