I have use turbo for year and have not been disappointed. The charge for mailing the next year program is normally higher then in stores. I may end my present sevice and purchase program locally.
What's great about it: Like the format
What's not so great: not sure if auto save is active. When going to support items their should be an undo key.

Don't get me wrong with my pros and cons, I'm a teacher with master's degree and a half and my husband (who is much better with numbers) has a Phd and Turbotax makes this process so easy that we feel confident in filing by ourselves.
What's great about it: Filing with TurboTax is so easy even I can do it!
What's not so great: Sometimes there are words I don't know...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

i love how easy quick and fun turbo tax is...yes fun! love seeing our refund grow and then noooooo, shrink, then grow again. its like a real life game. love how everything is explained in detail.

I love TurboTax; wish I'd had it years ago. Simply makes tax season much more tolerable.

I thought if since I purchased the disk I would not have to pay to file. Boy was I wrong. Oh well.
What's great about it: Very easy to follow guidelines.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It walks me through all the steps and gets me the most money possible in my return. Very friendly and non-threatening.
