When I needed help with a question about gambling winnings/losses, I called Turbo Tax and the wait was not more than 5 minutes and my answer was exactly what I was looking for.

This years program has been the easiest to use yet. Been using the product for about 4 years now. Blew through it in no time.

Keep it simple

I have been using turbo tax for 5 years. I have a simple return and Turbo Tax does the trick. It remembers all of my critical information year over year making the return so much faster. The PDF file you get at the end of the process is a great reference for other financial transactions (i.e., refinance you mortgage). I highly recommend the product.
What's great about it: Pulls information from prior year. Huge time saver
What's not so great: Would like answers from options pulled from prior year

Great product! Been using it for 10+ years. Wouldn't think of doing my own taxes without it.

What's not so great: A few screens need more details/examples.

Quick and Easy

I've used this program for years. It saves me time and money. However, I'm never truly confident that I'm getting all the money back that I can. I feel this way because I'm not familiar with tax law and all the proposed deductions, etc on this software.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: no sure I'm getting all the money back I can.

Federal is great, state is good enough. I will keep using.
What's great about it: Federal is so easy and straight forward
What's not so great: State forms are not as good as federal -- seem an afterthought.
