Despite many attempts I could not apply part of my refund to the 2013 taxes. Even tried to override but then I got an error and it would not let me e-file.
What's great about it: Pulled info from federal
What's not so great: Could not adjust refund amount

Just load the program and follow the prompts. I have used TurboTax for years without any dificulties. Easy.
What's great about it: Loads fast, step by step directions and prompts as needed.
What's not so great: It's not free.

I have used turbo tax for several years with good results.
I have never been audited and it takes care of most peoples problems and questions. By following the guidelines you discover deductions that you were not aware of and don't forget the ones you normally have. Importing data saves a lot of time.
