Easy Taxes Prep!!!!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for the past five years what a joy to use, I used to do by hand with no calculator, what a difference!!!!

Worst year yet!

The instructions regarding form 8453 and 8332 is incorrect. There is no clarifying answers to be found.
There is also no information about whether it is required to input child support if it's not beneficial to me for a sales tax deduction.
What's great about it: I like to toggle between forms and easy guide
What's not so great: Incorrect information and difficulty finding answers

Same quality year after year

I have been using Turbo Tax since it first came on the market, and that is a long time ago. It has always been top notch and have offered great help. I have never had the unfortunate experience of being audited by the IRS, and I think that TT has been a significant factor in that.
What's great about it: easy to use, great help
What's not so great: sometimes it get you in to the wrong place

We only use Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years, a few times I used an accountant (when we had our children, bought a house), to double check what Turbo Tax has said, and it was perfectly right, now we do not bother with an accountant, Turbo Tax can handle it!!!!!!
What's great about it: easy to use, walks you right through returns, gives examples of forms ect...

2012 Tax Prep

I purchased the Deluxe (Fed & St returns plus Fed E File). I believed this was everything. Prep and Efile for Fed & State. It was not. I had to pay to get the AZ info, had to pay to Efile! Not Happy about that.

Excellent Program for Getting Your Taxes "Right"!

I have completed many a tax return in my 30+ years working in the accounting industry! Turbo Tax is by far, hands down, the most complete, easy to understand, tax program for a "lay taxpayer" out there. I am just being honest. Their further "help" offers Joe or Josephine Taxpayer the answer to just about any question he or she may have. To back that up even more, Turbo Tax offers audit assistance for a nominal fee. I have Turbo Tax backup files on my computer dating back to 1997. That fact should speak volumes to someone "shopping for a tax program" to purchase! Sixteen years and counting! Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: The deep down detail you can get with your "help" modules when I'm "not quite sure" as to what something means!
What's not so great: Other than the delay caused by Congress this year, I did not run into any problems with your program for 2012!
