Not dropping infomationin the correct box but CS w/ programming was very helpful but could not resolve the issue.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: does not drop our disability pension to box 16a

I tend to over-think questions (unnecessary stress created) but turbo tax made me feel confident and calm as I went through each step
What's great about it: Very easy and clear instructions, even for an over-thinker like me.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use

Overall I was pleased with the product. It was simple to receive, use and file my returns. I do have an easy tax return though.
I will continue to use the product, but I will take it in for a free comparison one of these years to see if I am really getting the most out of the software.

What's great about it: Each year the program becomes eaiser and easier to use
What's not so great: To automatic, sometimes I like to play with the options to adjust my numbers and see what hapens

8 Years Running

This is my 8th consecutive year using TurboTax. Early on I tried a competitors product and truly disliked it. I've been a TurboTax user from then on. It's easy to use. The graphics are good, the wording easy to follow. Lots of "Help" features if you have questions (in addition to the toll free helpline). And the ability to print out forms as needed!
What's great about it: Able to use the guided tour or self discovery feature; Includes the Its Deductible software product
What's not so great: Can't think of anything.

Love Turbo Tax!

This makes the 8th year in a row I have used TurboTax for my taxes. It always does a great job. It is still a pain in effort and in the pocketbook to pay my taxes - but TurboTax does a great job with a difficult process.
What's great about it: Easy to follow - TurboTax makes sure I file all the correct forms
What's not so great: Paying the tax.
