Appreciate all the helpful hints and responses, like foreign investment tax liabilities or not.
What's great about it: Very helpful asking all the right questions and checking for tax or not to tax.
What's not so great: No obvious, save, I'll come back later button.

Decrease in Performance

Very irritating to use. My state refund from previous year was included in the worksheet but my itemized deductions used the state sales tax and I don't know if it was included somewhere as income. You have the info from the last yuear's form. Use it this year! Going through - choosing - the categories of income and deductions causes me to scroll down through the finished categiories to get to the next one - unprofessional!
What's great about it: Eventually covers everything
What's not so great: Let me choose what income and deductions I need to use.

I like the fact that it imports all relevant data from previous year. I really like the employer import feature.

2012 return

Everything was easy, it would have been nicer to have two copies of the year return software for use with a potential user like my son and his wife. Still not making enough to afford their on copy of Turbo Tax.

What's not so great: return to correct errors that I have made or changes I need to make have to go through all the steps to make one change.

Refund made easy

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and enjoy the ease of filing my taxes. Turbo Tax has saved me hundreds of dollars that were spent paying a professional tax preparer to do my taxes. I am thankful for the money I have saved and the ease the Turbo Tax in getting that dreaded dea of filing taxes complete. Thank you.

What's not so great: Sometimes it is confusing when asking questions
