I've used Turbo Tax for many years, but will enlist the services of professional tax preparers if I have a change I don't know how to handle. I've always been satisfied with Turbo Tax and was happy to return to doing my own taxes again this year.
What's great about it: Easy, takes the guess work out of all basic tax entries
What's not so great: Explanations not always complete enough to make me feel confident on more complex issues

Refund!!

Still best tax service for homebodies like us to do. Will buy again and recommend highly.
What's great about it: Quick, fairly easy.
What's not so great: Locked up as attempted to download State, had to turn off TT and relaod... grrrr

Fast and easy

I started this process at 10pm, and was done by 11 - and some of that time included me digging around the house for the information I needed. Very easy to follow, but fast and complete.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, very fast to complete
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to figure out which sections to do

Easy to use software and it keeps info from year to year, but they charge you for EVERYTHING.

It was a little different this year. It explained more and the little help areas were more explanatory too.
