Tax Filing Made Easy

The software is easy to use and guides you step by step. It does give you an option to choose to go through forms on your own vs. software guiding you through items that applicable based on the information you entered.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Some of the deduction options not available
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been a Loyal Customer since the 90s

Over the last 20 some odd years I have enjoyed the fact that the returns have been prepaired in a clean and reliable manner. I have recomputed the numbers by hand to verify them and have yet to run into a problem. The presentation of the paper return is similar to the Official ones and the e-file are readily accepted by the IRS and State. The interview and the questions along the way make it easy for one who doesn't know the law to get the return completed correctly. I ahven't needed to consult the tax help so I cannot comment on that. Thank you for a professional yet sinple to understand product.
What's great about it: Ease of use and layout of the return is tops
What's not so great: Can't think of one.

TurboTax incorporate new tax laws with each tax year saved me a lot of effort to have to learn what changed each year with the new tax laws. I trust TurboTax totally. I have been faithful user of this software since 1986. Won't prepare any tax without TurboTax!!!!
What's great about it: I have been using it since 1986 and very satisified all these years. Thank you for being such wonderful software.
What's not so great: do not really have one.

Quick, easy and thorough

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and won't even consider another tax preparation software. The interview process is intuitive and easy to use. GREAT PRODUCT!!!
What's great about it: Love the ability to skip sections of the return that don't apply

It was really easy to walk through the steps and answer the questions. The final documentation is very complete.

Easy as pie!

I have used Turbo tax for the last three years and this year I thought about using an accountant until I heard the price. I relied on my reliable tax buddy (Turbo tax) and again I was not disappointed. So much for paying someone else to do what I can do for myself.
