It's Done One More Time

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. This year it performed pretty good. A few things were confusing but I worked my way through those.
What's great about it: Updates and accuracy
What's not so great: Had to go to forms to have data entered correctly

Quick and Easy

I use Turbo Tax to do my own, as well as a couple friends' taxes. I have been using it every year for the last 6 years. Fully satisfied
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Ambiguity on some topics
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got It Done Fast

I have done my own tax returns for years, this created a lot of paperwork. Turbo Tax made things easy. The review time and the helpfull hints added to the shortened time I needed to file my returns.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, helpful hints, great review time

Got a refund this time

I've used Turbo Tax for a number of years now and like the way it captures data from my previous return and enters it on the new return. I have two K-1s to do and found Turbo Tax's Easy Guide for K-1 prep difficult to understand this time. Several screens would pop up that provided information about the K-1 that I wasn't sure whether I was supposed to change the entries or they were just providing information. The K-1 process is confusing enough anyway-don't make it harder. In one case I was asked whether I should request a 1099. How should I know? Turbo Tax should have giving me more clear information on which to base my response. The K-1 section definitely needs more work.
What's great about it: Simplified preparing the return & having it available for review later.
What's not so great: K-1 entries were confusing.

Luv Turbo Tax!!

I've been using Turbo tax for years, and wouldn't consider anything else. It's fast and easy - as long as I have my paperwork ready and organized. I could do my taxes myself (by hand), since I am a professional accountant - but Turbo Tax is much easier. A no brainer!
What's great about it: Easy to use, info from last year transfers to this year.

Turbo Tax is a great program for securely and confidently doing my taxes. I have been using it for 7 years happily.
What's great about it: Thorough and complete review, data capture from previous years
What's not so great: ability to jump forward past a section while in it
