AAAAA So So!!

I had an issue in the middle of my return and needed to speak
to someone. There was no contact info other than an e-mail or FAQ's . I needed someone right then not the next 24 to 48 hours. I wish there was a link on the side for live help. The software was a little confusing and I caught some errors that Turbo tax missed. So that's why I say AAAAAA So So !!

What's great about it: Everything transferred from last year
What's not so great: Very confusing to use and NO HELP!! when needed.

Worked out very easy for us!

We've been using Turbo Tax for three years now. Each year - aside from changes in the tax code - the process itself is made easy because of Turbo Tax's structure.
What's great about it: The step-by-step process took away concerns about possible errors.
What's not so great: None

Takes more time to gather the info than it does to enter it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, good explanations.
What's not so great: One hiccup with 1099-INT duplication amount.

Smooth As Ever

Have used TurboTax on and off for years but consistently from 2008 to present. It continues to improve each year. Like the ease of transfer of vital information from prior year. Like the ease of moving from Question Mode to Explore On Your Own to Forms and back. It is comforting to have the prior year's figures displayed alongside of the current year's figures. Was a professional preparer for several years and like the TurboTax Software best. Will continue to use TurboTax in the future.
What's great about it: Liked the smooth transfer of information from year to year

The best way to file Taxes

We have done our last 6 to 7 years of taxes with Turbo Tax, and each time it gets better and less time to enter everything. Well done!
What's great about it: Efficient and easy to walk through.
What's not so great: Not your fault but goveernment up dates.

Technicians were knowledgeable.courteous. and friendly. The biggest need is for a method to be put in place where the client does not have to wait on the telephone for extended periods. A call back system would allow clients to do other things while waiting for a technician. As an example, I had two separate problems and each time I waited 45 minutes before talking to a live person. My portable phone battery nearly went dead. Once in contact with Techs, it was a pleasure working with them. Compiments are in order for Sheila and Shontel.

Excellent Software and Process

I found Turbo Tax very helpful for preparing my federal and state tax returns. I will definitely use Turbo Tax for all of my tax return needs in the future. Highly recommended!

You can go through the program at your own pace, and start and stop whenever, and always go back to where you left off. It works for me!
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance, can always go back, many options for more information
