Smooth & Easy!

I just really like this product. It improves with each version. I wouldn't even consider using any other software. The ability to ask tax experts questions is a real plus. I used this feature a few years ago when closing a business.
What's great about it: Step by steps are easy to follow and guide you right thru your return. I have been a TurboTax user for 10 years.
What's not so great: None

easy to use

This is the best tax software. I have used it for over 10 years. I like the step by step method. Then later you can update individual parts without going through the whole thing again. I like the error checks and the two and five year summaries also.
What's great about it: turbo tax is so easy to use
What's not so great: sometimes have to wait while updates download

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years because I can complete my taxes myself. My husband gets all the materials together then I enter it into the program. It goes well until we get to the investment part and then it gets a little tricky because of more forms to complete. I am asking my financial advisor to lessen the number of saving/investing accounts we have to make it simpler. I like the idea of completing our return ourselves and we can complete it together. Thanks!
What's great about it: I can do it myself!

i have used TurboTax every year since 1986 and it is still excellent! will probably use it as long as i have to file.

This program makes tax returns practically effortless! We sat down and were finished in an hour with both federal and state. We will continue to use TurboTax in the future!
