I used H&R Block last year and this product was much easier to use.

Great Tool

I've used TT for about 8 years - has never failed me! Excellent. Beats doing it by hand and is way cheaper than a tax service.
What's great about it: Easy and covers everything
What's not so great: when going through categories, seems like there could be a quicker way to not have to read and check everything

TurboTax found more deductions than last years "profesional" did. Pretty easy to use. Keep it made for us "dumb" folks

Turbo tax is an excellent means of filing taxes within the comfort of any place you choose in your own home. You have the option to go at your own pace which i found to be most helpful with all the distractions of daily routine. I don't think you can ask for more when you are able to also get an idea of your risk for audit and the option to purchase additional services to support you if needed. I don' think I will ever care to use any other tax method anytime soon and recommend turbo tax often to friends ad family members.

What's great about it: Each year I use turbo tax I become more familiar with tax forms.
What's not so great: haven't experienced a downside to filling out my taxes except it hasn't been able to retrieve my prior year.

Turbo Tax makes filing taxes a good experience. I love the step by step instructions. I like Turbo Tax asking to check various things I would never check. I also like Turbo Tax short concise questions. I have been using Turbo Tax for 5-6 years now and I would never hope to go back to the paper forms and much more time to prepare.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions, checks
What's not so great: Trying to sell too much!
