2012 Turbo Tax Return

Every year Turbo Tax Returns are easier, quicker, better and no additional explanation is needed.
Wonderful guidance through the whole process.
Taxes, years ago, without Turbo Tax, were a painful experience, now the filing of each year thanks to Turbo Tax are just one additional thing that we have to do at the beginning of the new year.

Very easy to use!!

Been using this program for the last 5 years. Doesn't get any easier. I stopped paying the tax professionals and do this myself. If you answer all the questions correctly and accurately, there is no fear of being audited.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions and don't have to pay a tax advisor
What's not so great: Still have to pay fo rthe state filing

I have used TurboTax for several years and the software is more user friendly every year. Keep up the good work!
What's great about it: Auto prompts make it easy to enter info.
What's not so great: That I have to pay taxes ;>)

1st time user, so so experience

Program was fairly easy to use, however for a first time user, I didn't expect it would take 5 hours to prepare Federal & State returns. We didn't see the prompt to reboot the program inbetween federal & state returns. We're hoping that we can trust our answers and get through another year. We are unsure if this is the way we will do next year's taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, step by step
What's not so great: Glitch when converting over to state refunds, you have to reboot the program, that wasn't very apparent.

Simple, Fast, Amazing

We use Turbo Tax every year. After your first year, it automatically transfers your key info, so you don't have to re-type it all. It took longer to load the program, than it did to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Low Price, Maximum Refund, Ease of Use
What's not so great: NONE

Easy as Store Bought Pie

I enjoyed doing my taxes this year. It was nice having everything transfered over from last year. It took about 1 1/2 hours to finish my taxes due to the fact I read all of the information that ws posted. I will use TurboTax again next year.

What's not so great: No one over my shoulder
