It would be nice if you could enter all of your data once and then compare filing jointly or separately (for married couples). As it now stands you have to input all of your data twice to try to compare.
What's great about it: easy and straight forward
What's not so great: No easy way to compare filing separately or jointly
Pros: I bought or sold investments

I have been using Turbo tax for 10+ years. I like the ease of use and filing. I wouldn't use anything else for my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use and I like the new co;or printing option

quick, easy, huge refund

Turbotax asked all the right questions. It took me just a few hours on a Friday to finish my return. I got my biggest refund ever! I've done Turbotax for more than 15 years. I've tried a CPA one year and different tax software another year, and I decided to go back to Turbotax. There was one question this year that was confusing, and it was about energy improvements to related to the construction of my home. Other than that, everything was crystal clear, and the help screens were very helpful.
What's great about it: easy to use, fast, resulted in huge refund

This is my fifth year of using Turbo Tax. I like how it guides you through the process.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: some of the MN stuff was goofed up, I had to wait for adjustments

Not being a tax person is frustrating. I do not always know what I am suppose to answer. It is a little confusing and you just hope you answered right.

Very Easy

This is only my 2nd time to file taxes as a "single" person and I'm so thankful to have Turbo Tax for making it easy for me to do. I don't think I'll face this task with fear next year.
What's great about it: walks you through each step with detail, checks for errors
