have use turbo tax for many years and always come back to it!
What's great about it: very detail oriented
What's not so great: first time i need to use the IP/PIN and didnt find it the first time

Smooth Ride to Filing!

Quick, easy, and efficient. Just imagine if you had to fill out all those confusing forms manually!!! Turbo Tax is my friend every year. I don't know what I'd do without this software and I can only imagine many hours spent with risk of mistakes. If you value your time and sanity, it's worth the money spent!
What's great about it: Transfers prior year information and helps you get the refund you deserve.
What's not so great: Can't really think of any.

Great filing software

This is the easiest to use software on the planet. I have used other software in the past and had issues and they never had the M1PR form for property tax refund. Turbo Tax has it already for you to add with the click of the mouse. I will use this forever going forward. Thank you for making fling taxes a breeze.
What's great about it: Easy to use, property tax refund filing a plus

Use it every year

I use it every year. Now retired, making less money. Home paid for so I use the standard deduction. But, the process is straight-forward and I can go straight through the Federal then the Stage.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Good interface
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got a great refund back!

I've used turbo tax for 4 years- after having hired an outside CPA to do my taxes. Turbo tax found more money for me than the CPA's! Plus the refund tracker at the top keeps me motivated as I move through the Turbo Tax step by step guide.
What's great about it: Walk you through it; makes it easy in step-by-step stages
What's not so great: Didn't like having to pay twice for second stste- once to complete it and again to file it.

Please Please Please Be a Refund!!!!!

Turbo Tax is a simple program that anyone can use. Even if you have difficult tax situations, Turbo Tax walks you through and helps you feel confident in pushing the "Continue" button! I have used Turbo Tax for years and although I haven't always been happy with the "Final Answer" it has always been accurate. I have used the program with foster kids, biological kids, homeowner foreclosure, new home purchases, refinances and many other difficult tax situations. I am totally comfortable completing my own taxes using Turbo Tax
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate. Helpful hints and suggestions.
What's not so great: Could be a little easier to see final completed forms straight from the software
