so easy to use, but only con was I needed to buy upgrade to mac os x leopard to use it. still the best product to use for taxes at home

Turbo Tax is the best tax preparation service I have used, very easy to follow and ability to go back and change necessary information. Woudl higly recommend I will continue to use.
What's great about it: very easy to follow process

This years program is SLOW

I've used Turbo Tax for many years and the program is great and very easy to use. This years Turbo Tax, however, is a lot slower than all of the previous versions that I've used. They even added a message saying how slow it is. My suggestion would be to speed up the program next year and make it as fast as the previous versions.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax still the best.
What's not so great: The program seems so slow this year.

Good but read everything

Overall this is a great program for taxex, however, it does require a lot more reading than I was expecting at first. If you start using this program with that in mind then there will be very little problems and surprises.
What's great about it: Easy step by step, good at explaining what you need
What's not so great: Certain areas can be a little confusing

Turbo Tax is the best!

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 10 years now and find it absolutely terrific. I really like the link to "It's Deductible", which enables me to affix a value to donated items. Filing is simple as well. I actually worked for a tax preparation company for a year, and Turbo Tax is much simpler than that!
What's great about it: Easy to follow,easy to use, love the previous year carryover
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Great help

I like the step by step sections, to make sure nothing gets missed. Also it is nice to have the saved data transferred from year to year to save time. I was glad the help center could help me.
What's great about it: I was stuck on a section and the help center told me how to correct it
What's not so great: There was a loop error on one of the sections. Very frustrating
