Quick & Easy

I thought that it was quick and easy to use. The fact that you can have your W-2 Uploaded made things that much easier. This is the first time using this program and I would recommend it to everyone I know!
What's great about it: I loved how this progeam has step by step instructions
What's not so great: None!

Turbo Tax is GREAT

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have been very satisified. Last year I had a problem and Turbo Tax helped me through the solution. The people were so helpful and patient.. I have also used Audit Defense. In 2004, Audit Defense help me with an IRS problem -- everything worked out in my favor. I'm always recomending Turbo Tax to my friends. Thanks Turbo Tax!.

Extremely Easy

I used to spend more time filling out a questionaire for my accountant for him to do my return than it takes me now to do my return. And, much less expensive.
What's great about it: Software is easy to follow - just answer the questions!

What's great about it: Fast, Thorough, Easy
What's not so great: Some unique situations come up where it wants information that isn't on a W2 or other tax reforms received

Still don't like

I still don't like that each time I leave easy step to check something else, when I return, or reopen, it usually takes me to the beginning of the section and I have to go through every page again to "catch up". Sometimes I have to reenter information, sometimes it's just continue buttons.
This is a pain every year!

Blank Forms Information

During the review it keeps demanding information on forms that are blank! I finally had to type "Not Used" in the payor location and "0" in the number box.
Also you kept asking for a Zip Code when you really wanted a state code such as "CA."

I Got Mine

I have been using this service for many years. Whether you use a tax person or TurboTax you still have to keep accurate records do your homework. Turbotax makes it easy once you learn the ropes.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes it easy to wade through the mire of filing taxes.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have use turbo tax for years. Its so easy to use, keeps info year after year. Accurate and does all the math. keeps all the forms I use each year without having to search for them. Without turbo tax my taxes would be difficult for me to do on my own. I use a lot of different forms and turbo tax makes it so easy to complete.
What's great about it: explore on my on ease of use
What's not so great: liked everything
