Gets me a great refund year after Year!!!

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years and have always gotten great returns. I love being able to import all of my information, it saves a lot of time. They are always up to date with the new forms and laws so I feel safe that I am doing the correct thing.

Still Best Choice for Tax Software

I have now used TurboTax for two years because of the ease of use. I sell computer software and hardware for a major retailer and I have used other kinds of tax software, but nothing is as simple. TurboTax makes sure I do not have to be a tax expert to get my taxes done quickly.
What's great about it: Easy to use and update. TurboTax walked me through another tax return and answered all of my questions.
What's not so great: Software can be a bit slow at times.

Turbo Tax took the stress and worry out of filing my taxes which really helped me since I work long hours and value my free time.

Have used Turbo Tax now for 4 years. Used to have rental properties and never did my own taxes. Very little knowledge or experience preparing my own taxes and Turbo Tax made it easy.
What's great about it: Carried info through from previous years
What's not so great: Having to purchase additional audit coverage

I really like Turbo Tax and have feeling I am getting all I am suppose too. Never checked. Missed feature this year at beginning asking if I had any life changing events. That helped ensure I hit any tax advantages as I progressed

Good process

Overall I like Turbo tax, have used it for many, many years. I have no complaints or problems, so I can't see me using another software in the future
What's great about it: carry over last year's info; calculations done for me;
What's not so great: some more complicated items lack detailed explaination as to how to fill out or to determine whether it applies to me
