I have used Turbotax for about 6 years now and absolutely love it. It is quick, thorough and easy to breeze through.

The software far exceeds what the average user will find adequate to submit their returns. Step-by-step instruction is both intuitive and user friendly. Although not all the forms one might need to file their return are available they do accommodate a higher number than a majority of users will deem necessary. I personally have used TurboTax since its origin and have found it to suit all my needs and it has increased both my knowledge and the ammount of my return in most cases.

Great experience

Overall this is the easiest way to do taxes. I am self-employed and use a home office, both of which generate dozens of forms that would be a nightmare to navigate without TurboTax's question and answer feature. And TurboTax does all the calculations, so I avoid the migraine level headaches that always come with math!
What's great about it: Easy Step walks you through everything, one question at a time.
What's not so great: Error check links to forms I don't understand.

I have been using TurboTax for several years. It has beenf very useful tool on the computer. Taxes forms are very easy to follow. And the e-file is a time saver.

Every time I used turbo tax, I enjoyed this service. Very accurate and no problems with it at all. Love it.
What's great about it: Very accurate!!
What's not so great: Like everything

Perfected My Refund!!!

I use to file my return with tax professionals until I bought my first turbotax kit in 2004, and I never looked back since. I gave away hundreds of dollars of my refund to tax consultants for many years, now TurboTax allows me to keep all of my refund to spend on needed items and it helps to create a savings cushion every year.
What's great about it: Found credits that I didn't realize I could claim
What's not so great: Its smarter than me on filing my own taxes
