easy way to file

You know more than I and it has paid off in returns for the last 3 years.
What's great about it: like how it walks me through each step and I can go back and adjust if information is not available at that time

Trust but verify

I will probably use TurboTax again next year, but my faith in the program was slightly diminished due to the problems with the State of Minnesota - reaction could have been better.
Also, do not like hunting for the Job Expense part in the program - difficult to find. Please have a separate heading for search use.
What's great about it: Comfortable to use from year to year
What's not so great: Trust shattered due to problems with State of Minnesota

Makes the unpleasant pleasant

I have used TurboTax for several years now and it makes what used to be a complex task of reading tax forms simple with the question and answer approach.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Paying taxes... but that isn't TurboTax's fault

Felt Good

It's a pretty easy process. Normally I hate working with anything having to do with the IRS, but TurboTax really does make me feel comfortable about it. I don't get that feeling like I'm forgetting to do something important.
What's great about it: Easy to use, generally. Feel like it's doing everything correctly.
What's not so great: Tried the online version first and it kept glitching up. Didn't have these problems with the download version though.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

2012 Turbo Tax

Overall very good tool for filing taxes.
What's great about it: "Easy Step", Go To Forms, Reviews worked good.
What's not so great: Trouble on gov't end getting e-file pin but phone call was fast & worked great

Doesn't Get Any Easier Than This

This is a fantastic program that makes the preparation and filing of your tax return a breeze. I've been using TurboTax for years and the carryover of information from the prior year return eliminates inputing information again and thus eliminating the likelihood of an input error. Additionally, the import of information from your financial institution is extremely helpful. Since the program is released prior to the end of the tax year, it's helpful with tax planning before the year ends to help maximize your deductions and minimize your tax liability. The program does all the thinking for you. It just doesn't get much easier than this, especially given the cost of the program vs going to an outside service to have your taxes completed.
