I love how quick and easy turbo tax is. I love that it is step by step and that I can get it done with my busy life. I recommend this to everyone!!

My experience

When trying to do something a different than what the program is set to take you through it is difficult to get out of cycle and find what you need to do. Example wanted to e-file federal taxes and mail in state taxes. It was difficult to get out of the e-file circle and find how to print to file state to print. Some of the help windows are not very helpful. Interview process is good. Liked the what has changed this year.
What's great about it: Interview process is excellent, most help windows address issues

I thought that Turbo Tax was easy to use and guided me through things that I thought would be complicated. I like that it has the audit review section, as I have been audited in the past when I had an accountant complete my return. Excellent luck now that I use Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbo-Tax for years. It carries forward all the needed information, year-to-year. This is important for refund information, and investment loss carry-forward, and also prefills most of the information I'd have to type! I'd like a better "table of contents" summary for easier navigation, but it's not hard to get back to the areas needed.
What's great about it: Turbo-Tax takes you through, step-by-step, and helps eliminate mistakes.
What's not so great: Navigation between areas of the return, can be a little clunky.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It has traveled with me through different phases of life; dependents and college tuitions/student loans; to retirement. And now I am able to help my grown children do their taxes as they travel down life's highway!
What's great about it: Information carry-over from previous year
What's not so great: Found I could buy it a little cheaper in the store.

TurboTax was very helpful in walking me through my taxes. It sure beats the old way of reading tax books and trying to figure out the tax forms.
