What's great about it: Easy to Use
What's not so great: Should update automatically

The accuracy of the step by step guidance of tax form requirements for income and deductions makes the application very easy to use.

I'm a multi year user of Turbo Tax
It hits all the areas I'm interested in and gives me good feedback
e-file is a snap and quick

What's great about it: Easy to follow, allows both step approach or on your own which I like. Asks good questions!
What's not so great: would like to see previous years detail along side current year's data while preparing return

Solid experience from trusted friend

Overall solid. Please continue to focus on solid, consistent and accurate. I don't need "flashy" or "fancy" interfaces. Would like the tool to run faster when entering stock trades. Also, some of the tables are presented as "short" tables with just some information that you have to scroll through. Since most persons have larger displays, it would be nice to see more information on the screen at once.
What's great about it: very familiar with it, consistent from year to year
What's not so great: program runs slow if you have alot of stock trades

Turbo Tax is easy to use and takes the human error factor out of filing. It also prompts you through all segments of the return so it's hard to forget or overlook anything. I sometimes find it difficult to go back and find things I want to change; especially on the state return.
What's great about it: Helps prevent stupid mistakes
What's not so great: Sometimes lacks visibility
