So easy to use, they guide you every step of the way. Saving all the personal info from year to year is great, too.
What's great about it: VERY easy.......Turbo Tax does all the work!

I like turbotax and have been using it for long. It has good features and makes life easy to understand the information with good explanations of each step. The auto download feauture is a great help too. It is timely updated with current tax information which gives peace of mind while doing the tax return also the audit support gives comfort in submission of tax to IRS. I will continue to use this product in feature too.
What's great about it: with good walk through of information, of deductions and credits

Simple, Quick, & Easy

I've used Turbo Tax for the past several years and always find it easy to use and simple to follow along. It makes completing your taxes a quick and painless effort. E-filing with Turbo Tax is AWESOME and gets your tax refund back to you in just a few short weeks.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Quick results.
What's not so great: None
Pros: I had a baby, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Doing taxes is unpleasant but with TurboTax I can do it when I want, in bits and pieces. It guides you through the process. Love that it remembers info from last year. When I have a question it's not always easy to find correct answer. Reviewing other's answers was not satisfactory. Love filing electronicly.
What's great about it: cheaper and on your own time
What's not so great: unsure you did it right

Easy Step by Step Fed & State

The step by step preparation was quick and self explanatory. It pulled last years data from previous Turbo Tax. The electronic filing was very easy and convenient. Only confusion was doing a home office deduction, Turbo TAX said I got the deduction but the tax summary showed it did not apply (manually worked it and it did not qualify, so the return was correct). I will use Turbo Tax again next year.
What's great about it: Deductions were very easy to enter with the step by step guides
What's not so great: Home Office deduction was a little awkward and confusing if a deduction applied
