I am a self-employed musician. No one likes doing their taxes, but your program makes it easy and I learn something new every year. I have been a loyal customer for years and have turned on many other musicians to your product. Why pay an accountant to do it when you can empower yourself and save money at the same time? Bravo!
What's great about it: You keep me from making mistakes!
What's not so great: None that I can think of right now

Easy guided process makes filing your taxes smooth

I have used turbotax for at least the last 10 years and always find it to be a very easy guided process. No guessing or wondering if I'm filing my taxes properly. I can rest easy knowing that turbotax has got my back. I highly recommend this product.
What's great about it: Guided questions, helpful links
What's not so great: None
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I was helped by a professional tax person both on line and then by a phone call to walk me through a difficult state return. I will highly recommend Turbo Tax Yo made a beliver out of me

turbo tax is reliable, great, easy, will always use and recommend to others
What's great about it: I can print taxsx from prior years, revisit my taxes, dependable service
What's not so great: I always have to pay taxes

Easy Breezy

I have been using turbo tax for the past few years. The experience is always easy. I enjoy being able to do my taxes from the comfort of my own home at my leisure. The instructions are simple to follow and make filing my taxes less stressful.
What's great about it: easy to follow detailed instructions
What's not so great: loading and updating take too long

The auto import of lat year's taxes is super helpful. At times the childcare credit has become a bit bungled but it is always easily fixed. This product is always reliable for our tax needs.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate and identify all our forms
What's not so great: A little difficult to determine why we had such a large change in returns

Use Turbo Tax every year! Love the format and the ease of filing. Always feel secure when transmitting personal information. Wouldn't use any other system to file taxes!
