Mom loved TurboTax

My 94 year old mom is thrilled with filing her taxes using TurboTax. Your product brought her into the electronic age so easily. What's not to like when you no longer have to try and find forms or copy, attach, calculate, sign or mail. You made it a fun experience for her!

SO Easy

My partner and I lived in different states this year, only one of which recognizes our marriage. Completing 2 sets of state taxes with out of state income for one was surprisingly easy. The program walked me through the relevant questions with links to individual state laws regarding what qualifies as "residency" and how each state determines what you owe in taxes. Adding gay marriage laws in one state and completing the federal return both as individuals (as required by the federal government) and as a couple for Massachusetts was not as onerous as I expected. The program transferred all the relevant personal information to each of the forms and instructed me in how to complete and file them to be legally compliant.
What's great about it: Made filling in 2 states with gay marriage easy
What's not so great: Got stuck on signature page
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It sure beats all the government forms!

Had a few new forms this year and was able to quickly resolve what to do and where to enter. We have used Turbo for quite a few years and it's so much easier with fewer errors and issues at a later time.
What's great about it: It's easy to read and understand. I don't have to do the math!! I

Very easy to use

I think Turbo Tax works great. I have 2 kids, a wife, mortgage, student loans. I wouldn't go anywhere else to do my taxes. Saves me the trouble of having to find the right forms online. They are all right there in Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: very clear, links to definitions of what to submit are very informative
What's not so great: I pay too much in taxes!

have been using Turbo Tax for approximately 10 years and am extremely happy I started. Turbo Tax is extremely easy to use and it walks you through all issues to file a complete return.

I use Turbo Tax and Turbo Tax - Business. Both are easy to use, thorough, accurate, and complete. Even though I am familiar with tax preparation, but not a professional, I love the step-by-step process and the drop down menus for more information. It may take a little longer, but you will not forget anything.
My only problem, and it's very minor, I found the review, save, and print functions confusing. One screen offers a print options before review. Which comes first?

What's great about it: The step-by-step easy guide does not let you forget.
What's not so great: End of process print/review/file/save confusing.
