Great Product

I liked the way the program walks you through each section and prompts you to answer each section with the correct information. Also if you have questions you can get answers quickly with the more information feature.

Ease of Use

Overall, the application was convenient and easy to use. Much better than combing through all the tax publications to figure out how to file.
Need to add progress bar or percent complete when application first launches.
Also, grey out buttons after they have been clicked to indicate to user that button click was detected. Annoying thing is when the button click was detected, application is updating, button state did not so user thinks button click was not detected, clicks button again, splash window changes, second button click detected, and update is cancelled.
What's great about it: Thorough and easy to use
What's not so great: Update window for forms does not change states so can't tell if the application registered the button click.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another year of easy taxes

I love the way Turbo Tax walks me through the entire process. Each item is explained so you know whether or not it applies to your situation. I also like the running total feature so you can see how your answers effect your refund.
What's great about it: walk through of each catagory to be sure I understand and get all the items I am entitled to
What's not so great: nothing with the software

Love this program

I really like how easy this form is to collect and record ordinary information. The only problem is that I use kerosene and pay a federal tax at time of purchase and its difficult to find out where to put the information in my return.
What's great about it: ease of preparation
What's not so great: not easy to find out how to get credit for fuel tax paid

I CAN do it

I love the fact that I am capable of completing my return without an accountant and that I have representation should I be audited.
What's great about it: I like the easy guide which takes me through every step necessary and creates all necessary forms for my S Corporation
What's not so great: I don't like having to use two completely separate products for personal and business because I own an S Corporation

I have been using TURBO TAX for years. Makes doing our taxes so easy and educational at the same time. Thanks for improving the program each year so it is easier to complete the thing everyone hates to do each year - THEIR TAXES!
