I love TurboTax....I never worry about my returns anymore....easy to follow guidelines and instructions. It walks you through everything.

Efficent and cost effective

Maybe it's the late filing, but this was one of the smoothest entries I've made in my decades long history of using Turbo Tax. I tried using the on-line version for the past couple of years, but the fees are punitive at best, so I'm back to software. It does keep my files more conveniently available, this way. They should be connected, perhaps next year's model?
What's great about it: Smoothest ride yet
What's not so great: Doesn't access my Turbo Tax on-line accounts from previous years

I've used Turbo Tax for the last 10+ years and I still love it.
What's great about it: Very helpful and easy to use
What's not so great: Sometimes have to re-enter data more than once

Ive always been pleased with how Turbo tax was easy to use. although every year it changes and that makes it a little more time consuming trying to get use to how it is presented from year to year.
Your text on each page could stand out a little more to make it easier to read.
I had difficulty moving information between "Itsdeductible" and the tax program. It took to long to figure out how that worked and there wasn't a direct link to it that I could find readily.

Why does it cost extra to efile state taxes. after you've already paid for the program it should be included.
What's great about it: easy processing
What's not so great: Some of the questions were confusing, not every person would understand or want to read all the details.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is my third year using Turbo Tax and it gets more user friendly every time! Not just from the prior experience perspective, but also from the explanation offered for new pieces.
What's great about it: Plenty of information to help me decide if something applies.

I love love love TurboTax. I don't have to run to the library or Post Office to get the tax booklets or copy any tax forms. All the completed documents are printed out nice and tidy and I don't have to go over the forms myself and double check all the adding and subtracting and all your information from the prior year is imported so your don't have to retype a lot of stuff each year. I'm loving the fact that it only takes half the time to file and it's pain free. This is my third year using TurboTax and I don't know why I didn't start sooner.
What's great about it: Don't have to mess with finding the tax forms & booklets.
What's not so great: I wasn't 100% sure that the info would be saved when I had to close the program before I was finished with the forms.
