Feels good!

If you don't have a lot of unusual stock transactions and you keep decent records, receipts, and tax forms mailed to you, you really can't miss with TurboTax. The text has improved so that you don't miss something just because you aren't familiar with it, it is in every-man speak, not a bunch of technical jargon.
What's great about it: Walk-through improved
What's not so great: Should tell you up front how much medical expenses you need for the deduction

Great experience

The program asks you questions and guides you through the process all the way, including E-File of your return. Easy to back up and edit your entries. Even if I don't like the results sometimes, I trust that the return is correct. You can review everything prior to filing if you want. Good experience.
What's great about it: Easy to use and to understand.
What's not so great: I not sure but I sort of preferred TurboTax 2011 over 2012.

Turbo Tax is Great

Turbo Tax ROCKS because: It remembers previous year's data and imports it thereby eliminating tedious repetitious data entry. It remembers all of your previous charitable contributions which is a great reminder of what you most likely contributed to this year!! The College expenses section was a life-saver for me when my daughter was a dependent and in college. This saved me $$$. The ease of e-filing is terrific, fast, and accurate. No more printing out multiple copies, going to the post office to stand in lines to be sure the correct postage was used. TurboTax is so easy and I am very confident that it adheres to all current tax codes.

What's great about it: step by step to make it easy.

State Tax return

There are income taxable in federal but from the state other than taxing state. But Turbo Tax blindly carry all income, including those from Texas to CA tax return. And there is no simply way for Turbo Tax to allow users to over-ride it. Why?
