Taxes can be fun!

Turbo Tax is easy and fun to use. It is very straight forward and walks the user through each individual step. There are many topics most filers won't need to visit, but everyone has the option to try, and that's excellent! Turbo tax doesn't charge you more to find more deductions, as many stop shop tax filers do. You can spend as long as you need on your return, and if you forgot paperwork, you can go to your files and get it, then pick your return up later! I use this program every year, and each year the updates make it more user friendly. I just love it! Thanks Turbo Tax employees!
What's great about it: Easy walk- thru experience
What's not so great: Can be lengthy
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It's SOOOO easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now. It just keeps getting better and better and easier and easier. It is actually easier to complete a return using Turbo Tax than prepare to visit an accountant.
What's great about it: No more studing all the possible deductions
What's not so great: The US is not on a flat tax

Made my Tax Day!

This is my first time using any electronic help to do my taxes. It is very convenient and fast. I will appreciate if it gives space to explain certain job deductions like the components of a trip. I also did not find where to deduct miles used for extra job activities like games, awards, plays, PTA, concerts...
Next year I will be more experienced and surely will do a better job with it.

What's not so great: Did not give me flexibility in certain job deduction expenses.

Overall, good software. Easy to use and got the job done very quickly. Learned a few tips for next years taxes!
