Been using for a decade

Great Product, going to be using from year to year, until something better comes along, I suggest to every one of my friends whenever tax topics get brought up. Keep up the good work and keep updating as Tax information changes :)
What's great about it: More stuff added every year, always looking out to get me the best returns, least hassle, and it gets easier to use
What's not so great: Save more information from year to year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Not a math major...

Way cheaper than going to a dedicated tax place where they charge per W-2 and per form with the same results. Also like that I don't have to do any math. The program calculates everything, which reduces the chance of fat fingering something. Will use again next year.
What's great about it: Can do it myself
What's not so great: ?

Love TurboTax!

I love Turbo Tax. I have an easy file, but not being an accountant I can't make heads or tails of the forms by myself. Turbo Tax gives me the confidence to file my returns correctly! LOVE IT!
What's great about it: So quick and Easy!
What's not so great: None!!!!

Necessary if not fun

Great product for making filing easy. When filing a separate return for a child, the questions were a little misleading. Since every other part of Turbo Tax is so easy, I would think there would be an option/button to file a separate return for a child so that the questions in each section are easy to answer. For example, with this option, the question: does your child need to file? will never pop up because TT would actually know I'm already filing for the child.
Just an idea, but not too big a deal - I figured it out!

I like the ability to either be guided or work from the list (which I prefer). This last one can cause problems if you don't happen to do all the right ones so you have to be careful with that.
What's not so great: line by line help not available like it used to be - just puts you to generic "do you own search" page

Overall, this was the BEST tax preparation experience I have EVER had!!! Turbo Tax took me through logically, orderly, and with extremely good explanations of every new item. I will HIGHLY recommend this product to ALL of my friends!!!!
What's great about it: It was so easy and fast to maneuver through!!!
What's not so great: It was difficult to go back to previous pages to check items.
