Seemed more difficult this year than in years past

The errors that were missed thqt caused the rejection were very simple an should have been caught by the program!
What's great about it: still fairly easy to use
What's not so great: Missed a couple of simple errors that caused my return to be rejected

Overall another successful year's taxes done.

I have used Turbo Tax for years and love the convience it offers.
What's great about it: I can work on my taxes in my time frame
What's not so great: unsure sometimes if I am choosing the correct thing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax makes it so easy to complete taxes. And with online filing, it is even easier!

I am by no means a computer whiz. Turbo tax is so user friendly you really don't have to be. Way less expensive than having a tax "expert" or accountant file my taxes. This year after having a new windows program installed on my computer, I had a little trouble printing off returns. After a quick phone call, and short wait time, the rep I spoke with solved the issue. This is the third time I've used turbo. I have no reason to ever do my taxes any other way. Thanks for your outstanding product!
What's great about it: Easy enough & good phone tech support if confused
What's not so great: None in three yrs. I've used turbo tax
