Not as clean an interface as I hoped for

I admit it, it was nice to see my refund update live up on top of the screen. And I like having TurboTax calculate things for me and file for me. It's pretty easy.
The following pieces, however, were lackluster and not at the quality I would hope for from the leading tax software:
1) I had trouble finding where to enter one of my forms. It would be nice for the system to be transparent enough that if I have the form in my hand, I can easily arrive at the place in which to enter it.
2) The WI State system was noticeably worse than the Federal. For example - I had to look up my school district by hand, and I had to enter my year's rent twice within a minute. TurboTax had all of the relevant information to fill these in itself.
3) The education deduction/expenses section was unnecessarily confusing.

Great Tax Product

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years. I love it. Each year it just gets better. All the tips and advice are great.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very informative, great tools, tips.
What's not so great: Price of product has gone up.

I've used turbo-tax for years, and I like the way the previous year's information is transferred over. It really works for me.
What's great about it: Great way to build from year to year
What's not so great: Hard to make it through end if no state e-file

I have used a Big 4 accounting firm (my employer at the time) to prepare my tax returns for the past several years, and had to prepare my own tax return this year for the first time in quite a long time. While they did a good job of handling foreign earned income and dual taxation matters, TurboTax brought to my attention this year that I had missed deductions in the past for energy saving home improvement expenses. I was more than satisfied with the TurboTax wizard that helped me identify all of my deductions this year. Thanks!
What's great about it: Intuitive, self explanatory, and efficient
What's not so great: Can't think of anything to criticize.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have always felt comfortable with it - regardless if receiving a refund or have to pay.
What's great about it: Easy to follow steps
What's not so great: None that I could see.

Fix donation category - Please

Can't print see local tax form separate from State form.
Donations of food to a local food pantry that is a 501c3 tax status, had no category so I had to choose household which again did not give an accurate description of what I donated (food for the hungry in our county).
What's great about it: In general it is easy to work with turbo tax
What's not so great: See review below
