Quick and Easy

I've used Turbo tax for over 10 years and had excellent results. This year seemed to be the easiest yet, in spite of a few unusual twists in my return.
What's great about it: Straightforward, easy to follow; covered all my areas well

THE SOFTWARE TAKES A COMPLICATED,STRESSFUL TASK AND MAKES IT SIMPLE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND USE. I MUCH PREFER DOING THIS MYSELF THAN LETTING A STRANGER DO IT AND RISK BECOMING A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT FROM HAVING AN UNKNOWN PERSON KNOW ALL OF MY PERSONAL, PRIVATE INFORMATION. I TRUST IT AND LOVE IT.

Great Product! Will use every year!

I have used TurboTax for years. Prior to using TurboTax, I had tried other tax apps, but once I found TurboTax, I realized I had found the best. The EasyGuide walks you through the vast number of possible tax scenarios and makes it easy for you to skip the ones which do not apply to you and select those which do. Explanations of various tax laws and terms are readily available. If you leave required information off the forms, TurboTax audits for that and will alert you to errors and take you to the appropriate spot where you need to enter data. If you prefer to work directly with the tax forms, the app allows you to do that too. It's just a great product all-around.
What's great about it: I love the EasyGuide. Makes providing all the information as easy as possible.
What's not so great: I was looking for ItsDeductible on the menus but couldn't find it. I would be nice to have it on the menu.

Quick and Easy for First Time User!

This is the first year that I have ever tried to file taxes for our household myself. I was quite intimidated to do it and waited longer into the tax filing time than I ever have before because of it! Once I got started Turbo Tax took me through the process step by step! This is a million times easier than trying to remember every paper possible when traveling to a tax store to have them do it and missing out on credits and deductions because you left that huge receipt at home! I loved that I could take my time and find every refund possible to maximize it! I will be doing Turbo Tax every year from here on out. I am very disappointed that I never used it before!
What's great about it: Great Guidance!!

I think that turbo tax is the most user friendly program that i have ever used an i will continue to use it for years to come. Very up to date and easy to use.

Not Taxing with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax is easy to use, especially if you have used it in prior years.
What's great about it: Quick way to get a tax return done.
What's not so great: If it could only help you get tax organized before preparation (no tax organizer)

Makes Life Easier

Great program for those who do not like being herded into a Jackson Hewitt where they "maybe" know what they are doing. Also, cuts out that talk of "well if i do this we can get more back." I have entered everything as stated on our W-2's and other forms and am always a low risk candidate for an audit. Even if i do get audited, Turbo Tax has got me covered.
What's great about it: Quick, easy and you are not left second guessing
