I have only ever used TurboTax, from the first day I have owned a computer. I like how it imports my information from the prior year, less typing for me.
What's great about it: Clean interface

I always have done my taxes through turbo tax, and have always found them to be easy and accurate. I can watch my refund grow with the right and accurate information provided. Thanks Turbotax

TAX SEASON

I LOVE THAT TURBO TAX SAVES OUR RETURNS FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR AND TRANSFERS AS MUCH INFO OVER AS POSSIBLE TO THE NEW TAX YEAR FORMS.
What's great about it: LOVE IT. IT IS SO EASY AND WHAT I THINK I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT, I REALLY DON'T AS TURBO TAX KNOWS JUST WHAT TO DO.
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING EXECPT, I STILL HAVE TO GO ON THE COMPUTER AND GET STARTED MYSELF.

TurboTax it!! it reads prior year's information

I have been using turbotax for at least 10 years, and it just keep getting better and better. A am also and auditor by profession and am surprise of the level of aid the program gives you. If you are a novice, the step by step is the way to go. I even used it at times. You also have the option to navigate the without aid. great product at a great price.
What's great about it: step by steps instructions and forums, best buy for the bucks

It doesn't tell you if the updates are installed until you are almost done. Updates need to be better. Overall this is a good program for taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, fast and the step by step is good
What's not so great: It should come with updates already installed. You have to wait for the process
